Our ministry is prayer and it is molded by our Franciscan roots demonstrated in an attitude of respect and love for all creation. The discipline of our individual and communal prayer is through the use of the Episcopal Common Book of Prayer Daily Offices.
We pray for the world, the church and for individuals as requested.
We have local chapters and each is unique in its local ministry. Some examples include: Leading Morning and Evening Prayer, prayer fellowship groups, Lectio Divina, quiet days, and serving as Eucharist Visitors.
Our personal prayer ministry includes writing poetry, icons, needlework, making prayer beads, composing music, growing flowers & vegetables, caring for pets and feeding wild birds.
Our outreach programs include Faith Homes ind Tacoma, WA and the Marilyn Brandenburg Trust helping families of women who have served prison sentences.
