The LSSC reverences and respects all persons. All women discerning a possible call to religious life, as well as all whom God sends into our lives for any purpose are welcome. All vowed Sisters abide by a code of professional ethics and the requirements of the Diocese of Olympia for professional religious persons.
We welcome women, married or single, lay or ordained, who are called by God to proclaim the Gospel of Christ by offering herself in service to the church. We are a dispersed community each living on our own and being materially self sufficient. We believe in face to face frequent fellowship with each other so we work in local chapters within the Diocese of Olympia. We welcome those outside the Diocese of Olympia to be associate members, or to work with us on an individual basis to explore their call.
